I have been to several branches of Al Jannah and brunswick is by far the best when it comes to customer service. the staff are amazing. I would like to mention Sofia, fadia and Yasmin, these girls are very friendly, hard working they were very polite. The manager Ahmed is very accomodating and responds well to suggestions. The food is amazing as always but this branch serves them in no time and therefore you get to enjoy hot meals. Overall, fantastic!

Came down from Brisbane to watch the football, and wanted to explore Melbourne a little. Ran into this store in Brunswick and I’m happy I did. The kids loved the food and the staff were so friendly and considerate. Unlike generic fast food, the quality chicken was perfect and the store was clean and quiet. Wish we had this up in Queensland and would highly recommend.

10/10 meal from amazing customer service I received from fadiya and Sofia. As I was eating the chicken wrap I felt the tenderness aswell as the juiciness from the chicken , not only that but the crunch from the pickles was absolutely immaculate. The fries had the perfect amount of seasoning, which made the whole El Jannah experience even better. And let’s not forget the lemonada it had the perfect amount of ice, a hint of mint, and perfect amount of sweetness and tanginess to it .Thanks to Sofia and fadiya I was able to experience my El Jannah experience to the fullest. xxx
